Security Guards provided are well trained in duties such as maintaining law & order, handling labor
issues, telephone management, checking IN/OUT materials, maintaining documents, and parking control.

We require a fifteen days’ notice to provide the required number of security personnel.

The contract will be valid with either side giving one month’s notice (minimum one-year duration).

In case of theft/loss, a joint inquiry will be conducted to affix responsibility and assist law
enforcement authorities.

In case of loss or damage, a joint inquiry will assess responsibility and quantify compensation.

Contracts must be drawn on Rs.50/- or Rs.100/- stamp paper or LEGEND SECURITY FORCE PVT LTD letterhead.

Rates are based on 8/12 hours shift per month.

Charges vary with wages/materials. L.S.F can request revisions if minimum wages increase, with one
month’s notice.

Bicycles are not our responsibility as unregistered ones are difficult to trace.

Government Holidays payable: 26th Jan, 1st May, 15th Aug, Vijayadashmi, and Laxhmipujan (Diwali One Day).

Bonus applicable as per Labor Law (Basic + DA + HRA) * 8.33%.

Minimum 10% rate increase every year.

Revised rates provided at the beginning of every financial year.

18% GST charged on total. Quotation rates negotiable.

Payment must be made by cash or cheque before the 4th or 5th of every month.
